If you would like to send your item to a address other than the Billing address, then please tell us at checkout, in the 'Special Instructions' Mr Wizzard, does not cut corners, but he loves cutting prices. UK CUSTOMERS NO MINIMUM ORDER. DISTANT SELLING REGULATIONS. Under the terms and conditions of Distant Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after purchase. WE GIVE YOU A FULL 30 DAYS. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days, only if it is returned to us in a unused new condition. However please email us prior to returning, in order to obtain a returns number. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcels returned to us, we advise you to send by recorded delivery. DAMAGED ITEMS. If your items arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediately for a returns number, we will require the item back in order to inspect the damage for ourself, so that we can ascertain see if it is a design fault or postal damage.
